I worked with out getting paid. I do not mind and have done it for 26 days. I was written up for nothing on my day off. Anyway i thought about destroying the store, and she told me that i can rip it up. She keeps telling me that a white guy is trying to get rid of her. I told her i don't want to see her leave but after this write up i feel that it's best that i leave.

@Tropicalstorm i do not know how to tell her or write it that i would be putting in my two week notice. I feel she is setting her self up. She is saying that the records for our Assets protect ("the guy who checks our security at the store") we have deposits missing the paper. Then she keeps telling me that i am conspiracy with our district manager? It's crazy and i feel she is planning all this. She once asked me to pick up her mom and drive her to our work place. I am having a hard time understanding her and i rather just walk away. I need help with writing a two week notice i guess. I will look for another position

Going to pick up her mom while on the clock is not your job description plus, one does not do that. You are on the clock at your work place. If you were to get into an accident, you would be in serious trouble don’t do that. She can’t tell you to do that and expect you to. Wow she’s something else .

It sounds abusive to me. It's not in your job description to pick up her mother, is it? And even internships are supposed to be paid now. So it's a mystery how she's getting away with slavery.

If it makes you feel any less alone. I was not paid $100, for some tasks I performed last week, all because my entrance into an event I was covering was paid for in advance by another employee from the office who took it out of the petty cash, for hers and another employees entrance along with mine. But the corporation's accounting didn't want to pay for mine, in advance, and wanted to reimburse me. So they thought it was fair to just not pay me at all. I'm an old lady just barely making it on my savings.
