New to this support group thing! I’m doing an experiment that’ll last for the rest of 2020. I’m completely removing myself from all social media. I will write in a journal everyday just jotting down how I’m feeling mentally from a 1-10 scale. Goal is to see consistency with my mental health and try to minimize the anxiety I have all the time. Anyone want to test out this experiment with me?

I am new here too and think it will help me to cut out the negative news etc. I am having a hard time with worries about health in general. I tend to worry the worst may happen. Any ideas on how to reduce those thoughts?
