It is such a miniscule amount it doesn't even matter. I've heard several stories about how people accidently make too much and are kicked off of it- so I'm afraid to try

Tony im on disability also and so is my wife so similar sittuation, what we did to get some extra income, coming in was rent out a room to one of our sons friends its not much but it helps us out as well as the kid having a place to stay. thats one thing you can do and just dont report the income. Then depending on the percent of your disability asessment you can sometimes work a small amount. Just call the social security office and talk to them about it and theyll let you know for sure. But seriously maybe get some kinda job under the table or rent a room. I look at it like this, they dont want to give us enough to live off of im not under any responsibility to make sure they know every little detail of my life. Also try signing up for food stamps, and other programs too, to help out. We have to do all that and more and get kind of creative sometimes. You can also get credit cards for emergencies, i have two now plus just took out a loan to get the roof fixed. So it can be done just have to set a budget. Also i found this might help some. http://www.disability-benefits-help.org/blog/how-make-ends-meet-social-security-disability-benefits
