@Theoldfootballfan You're welcome. Do you happen to have any Benadryl for allergies? If you did you could take two of those to help you relax and go to sleep. If you don't have any sometime in the future get some or something equal to that. It will help anxiety if you don't have anything else. I hope you get sleep soon. Being sleep deprived can make everything worse.

@Theoldfootballfan Another safe supplement for anxiety and sleep is magnesium glycinate. It has to be that one specifically because the other kinds of magnesium can cause diarrhea. You can try melatonin but it can be hit or miss not consistent and can cause nightmares for some people. With the magnesium glycinate you get more bang for your buck because it will help anxiety, sleep and its an essential mineral for our bodies.
