I haven’t been here in a long time, because of my chaotic

I haven’t been here in a long time, because of my chaotic life. I’m really in need of support for my anxiety and being overwhelmed with life. My job is so unstable and drama seems to follow me around every corner. Raising 2 teenagers is not a piece of cake either. And I don’t have a support system. It’s beyond exhausting. My spiral downward with my anxiety started when my car was vandalized at my clients home. Now I’m responsible for the damages and the home care agency I work for, won’t help me with any of it. Needless to say, I didn’t go back to that clients home. Then I was given a new case and was treated like crap the minute I walked in the door, because she thought I was coming a half hour earlier. Ugh.. not a big deal. There was no need to go ballistic on me. From moody teens, to a stressful work environment. I’m at my wits end. My body is literally telling me that I can’t keep putting so much on my plate. I’m completely exhausted today and don’t have an ounce of energy to get anything done. Anyone else know the feeling of overwhelm and not being able to do the simplest every day task? I need to get off this roller coaster ride. It’s truly taking a toll on my health.

@smala55 thanks for your support. I really need supportive people in my life. It’s such a struggle going through this alone. You are right..one day, one hour and even a minute at a time. I hope your situation has resolved and days are easier. Thank you for the kind words

@Road2happy Absolutely. It's such an important aspect of life, to have support, although often underestimated. That's the wonderful thing.. although the situation isn't perfect, and there are still struggles, the days are easier. And I am more equipped to deal with the rough days, rough situations, rough discussions/arguments, than I ever have been. And after each and every moment, and day, you are becoming more equipped. :) Stronger than before.
