I have spent an awful night. Woke up at 2 a.m. and could not go back to sleep. I felt like my heart was racing (even though my heart rate was normal), weak, shaking and very naussous.

Developments since last time I wrote, I have confirmed that my anxiety attacks are due to actual physical symptoms. I am still trying to find out what could I have with a doctor, but certain indicators in my blood work indicate it might be something with the liver.

Anyways, writing here makes me feel better. I am feeling better already. It is like having a conversation with someone. Sometimes it helps me when I talk.

I love being part of this community and I am sorry for taking so long to appear again. Sometimes the real world gets in the way and makes you forget certain things.

How about you? How are you?

Well I would say the body acts all together n what is bothering physically can affect mentally but also other way around! Have you fried things like breathing exercises, long walks. meditation before going to bed to relax the mind? I hope whatever happened isn’t too serious n can get heathy soon!

@Foundlove hi!!! I am sorry for taking so long to reply. Yes, I actually try breathing when I am feeling like that. Sometimes it helps and others it does not. My mind is very active, I spend a lot of time overthinking stuff. Overanalyzing, sometimes that is the issue. I will try to start meditating, maybe this will help.

@JayCoast hey there. This post just popped up again on the feed and I didn’t see your first comment. Oh you would love medical medium. He’s so funny in his recent lives he’s been doing. He has props and everything.
Did you by chance get to see anything he’s done? I know he’s different but if you’re open minded and really give it a chance and listen to a lot. Not just one and make up your mind. Really give it a shot. You’ll freak out. I’m telling you. Read all of the comments that people leave.
