I feel like I’m drowning in my own thoughts. I honestly hate my life. I can’t even apply for a job because of the constant anxiety/stress. I just feel like I’m not enough and don’t deserve to live :/

You are enough and you do deserve to live and be treated right. Keep repeating this over and over to stop the negative thoughts. A gratitude journal can change your wiring, even in hard times, write something good you learn from life. It truly helps! Also, take care of yourself, be sure you are treated as you would want someone else you love to be. Take a good multi vitamin with extra magnesium and Bs. They calm and heal nerves. Ginseng is great to get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop too. Do something for others to get out of your own head, volunteering gives purpose and you can meet like minded people. You are needed and deserve to be loved well. Counseling is good and if you can't afford it, many churches have qualified free counselors.

@crowningglory19 thank you so much for your message. It means a lot to me so thank you. It is very hard for me to love myself, I truly feel like I don t deserve to live, and i often find my life meaningless. But I am hoping to get better and to live a life anxiety and depression free. (Idk if that makes any sense lol) It is really hard to do so when you grow up being constantly told that you €™re not enough, not intelligent enough etc especially when those words are coming from a parent. But even though I do think that deep down I deserve to be happy my I often feel like maybe i truly am worthless and not worthy of living.. And i truly don’t mean to think that wa, i really do want to be happy and stop treating myself so badly but it is extremely hard to do so when you ve grown up being constantly told and reminded of the opposite. Again than you so much for your message i will definitely give ginseng a try (even tho idk if we have that in france, or even how is it called here lol) and I’m already taking vitamins :) again thank you! God bless you.

I do know that it's hard when you were told that as a child in direct and indirect ways and am so sorry you were raised in that. Keep repeating over and over the very opposite of what negative thing was said or what you think. Keep countering it with positive options. Breath deep in peace and push out fear/anxiety/self hate. Push it away with your hands, blowing out hard! That is not for you, you are a treasure and worth loving well. Write down the positive things and things to be thankful for in every situation. God bless you too, dear!
