Hello, everyone my name is Hannah. I;m new to this, but I figured I would give it shot. I was recently taken off my medication for depression and anxiety and have no desire of getting back on it even though there are many times I feel like I should be. I'm currently a student finshing up my last semester, and I basically live alone. I'm in a relationship but her absence is another story, and I don't want to talk about it here. Ever since I been off my medication, I get horrible waves of anxiety and a lot of time I'm irritated and can't focus. How are other people managing during this time? I cry about once a day. Its a good day if I don't break down in tears. please let me know. Have a good day everyone and thank you.

I’m so sorry you are struggling. I had to take anxiety medication for some time. I finally was able to ween myself off. I do a lot of things to try to help with my anxiety. Have you ever done meditation? That’s been a huge game changer for me. Lots of free meditation videos on YouTube.

Hannah, I am so sorry that you are struggling and going through the things that you are. I commend you for your courage and that you are evaluating yourself honestly. I think taking it day by day and continuing to focus on your mental health is the best way. It will certainly be a journey and a slow process but I believe in you. I am proud of you for coming here and getting support. I am sorry if your relationship is causing added pain and stress; I am certain it does not help. I am here and I know others are as well. Big hugs!
