Trying to figure it all out with no answers. So glad to have this group. We can help each othet

Oh Meggie, I'm so sorry. It's always so hard when there is no explanation. We have some friends from back home that just went through this not 2 weeks ago. Kids finished school for the year, husband came home from his shift at the hospital, and said "see ya" to his wife of 20 years. Our friend (the wife) posted this article with some beautiful sentiment about how this was not the time to feel sorry for her (or the kids) because God was going to take care of them even through this. Here's the article if you want to read it. https://bit.ly/2R63CRl

As far as "what now", individual therapy/counseling would probably be a good idea. There are also wonderful programs like DivorceCare that can help you (and kids if you have any) through this time. Find some things to keep your mind busy like volunteering or joining a book club.

Most of all remember, this does not define you, only you can do that! Stay strong! Praying for you. <3

Thank you so much. More and more I hear of others having these types of situations and it’s very sad. I believe family is everything and I thought my husband did too and how he could turn into this stranger is unreal. I am seeing a counselor and doing my best. Have to stay strong. Thanks and prayers for you too and all of here struggling
