Been MIA on here lately, sorry for that. I have a question that may be a little too much info, but does anyone who suffers from anxiety disorders and PTSD also have IBS? Anytime I get upset or stressed out I find myself running to the bathroom more frequently. Also had a medication change but this has been happening since before then. I'm now taking Valium instead of ativan and have been feeling like myself again

@BuhByePTSD So much info here with possibilities to help... I can't argue with success. If these methods have / are helping you, they can be resources for others. I saved your last post to a file so I can read and study it carefully later when I have time to give it undivided attention. Oh and on a more personal note... Your screen name and things you wrote in another post ("yesterday I triumphed...") are the reasons I keep coming here. The hope that other can write of their triumph just like you did. It is amazing when one has revelations like you experienced that lead to huge portions of healing. It gives hope..................
