I feel like we tend to focus on the negative things more then the positive ones in life. Sometimes it is hard to think of anything positive because of the situation you're in, but trying to find one may help you in the long run. That's what I've been trying to do, find the positives and capitalize on them. It could be something little or big, doesn't matter, as long as it helps you in the long run. If anyone wants to comment something positive that has happened to them recently, I'd love to hear them. I'll start, I've been trying to drop wait, so I can qualify to become a Marine and it's going great. I've dropped 8 pounds my 1st week and only got 6 to go. My recruiters are impressed and happy for my progress because they can tell I want this. This positivity has really motivated me to drop the last 6 pounds, and, hopefully, be able to take my physical and asvab next week. And if everything goes well, I'll be in boot camp in August.

this is very true! we all tend to focus on the negative. one of the things I say a lot on here is that mindset is everything.

@jojo2000

You are right in that we all need to think more positive. Congratulations for staying positive and working so hard to lose weight so you can become a Marine. You sound very happy about the progress you have made. Good luck.
