Hi, my name is Rauniqua, I've had anxiety and depression for almost 2 years now. I stopped taking my anti-depressants and anxiety pills last month without consulting my doctor, I know I shouldn't do that but the medication was messing with my head really bad. So, I started going to work again today and even though I really wanted to work during the whole lock down. But when I was told that I have to join from today I started panicking for some reason. I love my profession but I always feel like I'm not cut out for it. I'm not as smart, witty and quick on my feet and most lawyers are and because of that I kept dreading it. My day at the office was fine, there wasn't too much work. I got home and I had a very bad headache, I have sinusitis so it was really bad and then I started feeling very nauseated and I started panicking a little thinking about the ongoing covid situation. My heart started racing, I was nauseated, I got very restless and it felt like either I'll just pass out or maybe something worse. I had to take my SOS pills. I had this urge that I should talk to someone, maybe I'll feel better, but it's not easy for me to share things with friends that easily. So I came here to just let all this out and I do feel a little better now after sharing all thisā¤

I wanted to tell you I really like your user-name. Like that phrase is my MANTRA everyday!
Even tho the back and forth pull is exhausting...I do feel like one more day is an option for me to be alive (as difficult as it is)...

@Littlesis7 Yes, I agree it can very exhausting but we should never forget the things we want to do or achieve, even if its a very small thing. And sometimes those small things help you to just push a little more.
