Hey!

I've been trying to quit smoking but I found it extremely difficult. Most of time I would prevent myself from smoking and it usually ended up me smoking even more cigarettes because I was so anxious about it. I got anxious if I don't smoke. And when I got depressive I was like, "yeah whatever" and smoke which leads me back to anxiety because I failed it. Sorry if it doesn't make any sense. I am just really anxious right now and trying not to take that cigarette.

@bebobaBetty yes and my doc told me smoking can reduce the meds' action to one third. It doesn't matter if I have been put on the highest dosage. I don't get the full effects.

@bebobaBetty I've been craving sugar since I have depression. I don't know if its my brain is trying to treat it the nature way since sugar can make people happy. But I've already gained so many weights by taking meds and chocolate cakes.
