Has anyone found in regards to their anxiety, whenever they are in a social situation that later on they will re think the whole thing and wonder ‘did I do anything embarrassing?’ Then focus on anything you may of done or said that could be considered embarrassing or stupid then be completely hung up on it for ages and just think about it constantly

@Littlered988 I believe we were trained to be negative, critical (by teachers, adults) vs positive, supportive. Look for every little opportunity to tell yourself good job, well done. :) 5 positive comments for every Negative one.

I'm currently struggling with the same problem myself. To be honest self motivation is really hard I believe just a conversation with someone would really help. They need not offer a solution just being a good listener is enough. You'd really feel better after sharing.

@Yesh exactly, sometimes talking just helps, sharing your issues and people confirming it’s okay and it’s all gonna be okay
