hello, i’m sending you love & light. i’m so sorry you’re going through this. but answer me this, did you get out of bed today? did you shower? have you eaten? did you go outside? if you answered yes to any of these questions, you have won. i know it’s hard, but we have to give these small victories to ourselves when we feel like we’re spiraling. it’s so important to take baby steps & be kind to yourself & recognize the little wins & steps we take. you still have a job, that’s so wonderful! be patient with yourself, you deserve it. & if you didn’t do anything of those things today, it’s okay. baby steps. you can try again tmrw.

When doubts filled my mind, your comfort gave me renewed hope and cheer. This is a scripture. It is from Psalm 94:19. The writer had great anxieties and doubts but took them to God and found renewed hope. I am not sure if you are willing to consider praying but I hope you might consider it. With depression I formerly had, talking to God and relying on His help was everything. I was lifted from pits of self-defeat and saved from losing my job in severe depression. I definitely should have been fired; but instead I got a promotion, and 2 raises. Jesus can put us in a protective place unreachable by others when we surrender and ask for His help. He helps the humble. I hope you can look up and see His love and willingness to help you. You are never alone when He is your hope and help. Blessings dear one.

Dear kishoreyc[25] , thank you for sharing your concerns with us. I am so sorry for what you are going through. It sounds that you have been through a lot recently.. It is understandable the way that you feel for the situation that you are experiencing with your studies and work. But let me tell you that you have a purpose in life. Even in the darkest moments in our lives there’s always hope. Please, let me tell you that you are not alone. Things happen for a reason. It is a hard situation that you are living now, but do not feel discouraged. Maybe you can take out the good from this situation in the near future. Counseling can be helpful to work through things like this. You are worth of fighting for. To take therapy is important because it will help you to heal your wounds. Have you considered forgive yourself, and situations? Forgiveness is the first step of healing and change. It means that you let the problem go. . Have you considered volunteering to help others who are less fortunate, such as a charity organization, Habitat for Humanity or any church ministry? This list-ly is extremely important for you are going through: https://list.ly/list/1CE4-looking-up-from-the-stubborn-darkness. I will keep you in my prayers my friend. Sending you hugs.-keep us posted, OK?
