I definitely need to find counselling again. I'm concerned about my mood lately. It's very up and down and I want to be more in control of it. Any suggestions while I wait to seek therapy? Thank you in advance!

@Lifeisabalancingact How are things going hun? I think in times we want to push through that we should stop. Just for a minute and think, if we don't have enough power to do more than huff and puff, what do we need in this moment to actually deal, not just push?

@CKBlossom I'm back again. Yes, I think you're right. I don't know how to deal. I'm so used to keep pushing and going... Today, I slept in instead of going to the gym. I think my body needed it.

@Sabio77 I'm back again. I'm doing okay. I keep hitting burnouts monthly. I am so mentally tired, that I feel barely functional. It's been a stressful year for me.

I tried doing a paid online therapy since being on here last. It was going really well for a month or so until my therapist kept cancelling and eventually went on a leave due to a death in her family. I got discouraged and cancelled my subscription. It's difficult to keep restarting. I started the gym as well and that's been great, but I'm still finding myself triggered by my bf and I think I'll have to end it soon. He has a lot of work to do on himself and I can't force him to do it. I'm not perfect either, but I find he projects his issues on me. I literally do everything in the relationship and I'm exhausted.
