Bone broth is ready, I simmered it for some 12-15 hours (instruction says 48), the end product I received is 5 or 6 cups which I'm going to consume within a week. This post is for reporting the changes if I experience any.
It's day 1. Physical state is awful, unstable feeling rating is 7,5 out of 10 (leaving home is unsafe).
Note 1. I've been messing with supplements and for the previous 3 weeks been taking them in a different way so present situation could be the result of this, I'm trying to fix it so it can interfere with the results from bone broth but supplement has never made the whole difference.
Note 2. I just want to say it, after almost a year of meat eating I still feel aversion to it. Bone broth is gross! I don't know if this is relevant to talk about disrespect towards the animal but I still express my gratitude.

I cancel my previous statement about last update. Didn't think that there will be more changes after I stopped taking bone broth but its action seems delayed.
First, the bad. Also something I haven't mentioned before, around the 4th day I had another undesirable side-effect but I thought it was caused by something else. It seems that it affected my kidneys and urinary tract negatively, I had bad ache which lasted several minutes at night and over the next days it was less severe and I experienced it at random times of the day, it's gradually fading away. I never had a problem with those organs, I'm thinking that it's because the bone broth is highly concentrated. In the future I'll take it maybe every other day instead of every day.
Gallbladder seems restored, some unpleasant sensation is now in the liver. To help it, other than taking milk thistle, I reduced my fat intake and include more raw fruit and vegetables to my diet.
Now, the good. After the end of experiment, I was keeping getting better. Today I've already been outside and can report no symptom, things that usually trigger it didn't do anything, I could walk fast and didn't feel like I'm swaying, unstable feeling wasn't there. Seems that the bone broth wasn't useless for me after all.
