My heart hurts so bad tonight. I miss it dad. I miss my grandmom. I am so lost and confused and feel like I am running but going nowhere. I cry all the time, I’m never fully happy and the depression is getting heavy. Ahh, where is sanity when you need it the most?

I’m so sorry for your losses! I also had loss of my father n grandma few months apart. It’s painful. I like to think they are in better place n helps me deal with it. What helps you feel better with this? Hope you feel much better
Usually what helps me is talking to them out loud, listening to old voicemails as if they just left them, imagining how their life is on the other side watching over us. It’s still hurtful as heck and most days are harder than others
