I fasted and today I was so hungry and ate this breakfast sandwich and I feel so sick to my stomach now
Is fasting your word for just not eating/restricting?
@CKBlossom sorry for the late reply but not eating and if I do its zero calorie
@Cbee I think we see better mental health when we cast away calorie restrictive diets and seek to eat three meals daily with a couple of planned snacks. Choosing to eat our meals and snacks mindfully should cause us to enjoy our food more and supply the needed balance of carbohydrates and essential nutrients for our brain and body to function optimally. If we can avoid overeating, our body will maintain the genetically appropriate weight for our body build. That's all we can do.
