Well, been on this site for years -it is the GLITCHIEST site of all of them lol. Half the time, you don't know it your comment is going to post or just get dumped??
I wanted to ask how everyone is coping with their ANGER these days?
Meds? Therapy? DIY youtube channel advice?
My cptsd has caused so much hidden anger inside me, I had no idea I was squelching expression but I guess if you count 'Road Rage, troubles w family texts, hating neighbors, etc'.. it all makes sense. I will most likely need to do EMDR sessions but have to get through a 'LIFE event' in the next 2 wks..then, I can finally do some 'SELF-care'.

I'm sorry you have to go through that. Try to take breaks any chance you get such as go hide out somewhere for even a few minutes can break it up. Make sure you get plenty of sleep but not too much. Eat something morning, noon and night don't let yourself get hungry while you're out, or anytime for that matter because hunger and sleep deprivation can push any anger that comes along clear out into orbit so really watch that. Prevention is key so plan ahead if it's hot take cold water with you everywhere maybe even keep a small cooler in your vehicle if you're going to be out for hours.
