I went for a walk today and it cleared my head but my anger and anxiety were still present and i never really felt comfortable passing by people. I know when i'm lonely i tend to feel tense and i feel interactions like just walking by someone and saying hello or not saying hello is quite stressful, and i even think i over analyse these things when in reality it's just two strangers passing by me, which is quite a big deal for me, but probably not them. Does anyone else get stressed out and tense or even sometimes angry at simple daily activities like this? Comment below, i want to hear your story

Hi! I used to experience such extreme level of social anxiety. I could not go out without feeling stressed and when I went out I had a feeling that everyone is looking at me and judging every single gesture of mine. What helped me actually was going out even more and dealing with it. Even when I was about to break down. At some point I realised it was only in my head and no one actually cares when passing me. I still have a little anxiety when standing at the crossroads and waiting for green light. I usually look away. I think practice makes it better as some point.
