I am so angry all the time! I have outburst not toward anyon

I am so angry all the time! I have outburst not toward anyone but I vent toward to my co worked very loud swearing grrr. Once I'm logged off from the office I am fine. I don't have road rage, I don't fight with friends or family. Just when I am working some of the things , people omg . I'm super nice to them , professional but then I hung up and I explode. I absolutely HATE This about myself. I will be really good for a long time and out of no where pow. Yikes. Any suggestions , exercises would be helpful. Thank you

@CKBlossom yes I do yoga and sometimes I will actually get up from my desk and do like 15 minutes of yoga at the office haha. Wish I could just not be angry at all

@andine I actually have PTSD to some traumatic events that I'm dealing with. My boss has actually triggered it a couple times by yelling at me in the early morning, not something I've done just yelling at me because he's angry. But when that happens it's almost like I'm catatonic I go silent and I go back. But man my own anger geez I gotta get some control.

In my opinion PTSD triggers cannot be controlled. If someone is yelling and being somewhat aggressive/abusive that is going to trigger almost anyone and it should. If we shut down all our feelings, how do we know when we are in danger? If we are overreacting, our overall stress needs to be addressed and managed. Can you change something about your job or your life to make it less stressful? Is you boss abusive? If so, that is not ok and you should be angry and motivated to make yourself feel safer.
