@Brainhelp2 That sounds really tough. I’ve talked with my pastor and I’ve seen a Christian counselor. Both we’re very supportive. Do you have anyone like that in your life that you can talk to? Sometimes it just helps to talk with someone in person. I wonder if they may know of someone who would be willing to sit with your loved one from time to time and give you a few hours to yourself.
