@Irishfighter

I’m okay. It honestly was a stupid mistake. I usually don’t get the urge. Just when I get super stressed out in my marriage and things aren’t going well at all. How are you?

i can understand that...I've been separated for 2 yrs 8 months, and towards the end my ex and I would get into arguments, and if I got mad enough, sometimes the thought of a drink would pop in...in all the yrs I've been sober, the getting angry has always made me think crazy, or have the thought of a drink pop in...I know drinking is never the answer to any of my problems, but it still can occasionally pop in there...I always think the drink through...did you stay sober through it all?
