I am here in the alcohol support group. Well, I used to have a big problem with alcohol, but I got over it yrs. ago. My problem now has been smoking cigarettes. I did not consider it to be a real problem until now, when I confronted myself with the fact that my chest was always congested, I'd wake up coughing and wanting that 1st cigarette more than anything; and that I also have developed a heart problem. Any other Quitting Smokers out there? I'd love to talk to you.

@camio anxiety is a major issue in our environment these days because (I believe after much research on the subject) of a mass deficiency in magnesium! 80% of the population is deficient! Our foods are no longer grown in mineral rich soil anymore and therefore don't get get this mineral in our food anymore.
My anxiety is at an all time low since I began supplementing with magnesium. It really was astonishing to me how much better I feel since I began using it!
Magnesium also controls blood pressure naturally. In fact, it controls over 300 bodily enzyme functions! Maybe tou could ask you cardiologist if you can use it?

@camio I use magnesium oil spray because itbabsorbs better than pill forms do and doesn't cause the dreaded bathroom issues. 15 to 20 sprays a day is the recommended dose that is equal to 300 to 400mg a day. Best used at night before bed. Hope this helps!
