Hi, I'm just a little confused as to how all of this may work so I'm looking for support. I have a girlfriend who I'm sexually and emotionally involved with. She makes me very happy but she's very unhappy a lot of the time. I'm still recovering from an emotionally abusive relationship I got out of in March so when we're both going through bad spouts of depression or even PTSD, (From events unrelated) in my case, it gets really bad. My question is, how do I know if I should leave her? I know for my life to be at its most positive she should probably be gone but I also feel as if I should just cherish the good and disparage the bad. What are your guys' thoughts/opinions?

hey, maybe try to find out what really is healthy for yourself right now. Is contact unhealthy for you? if it is, I find thats showing you that it would be better to leave/have a break.
also it takes time to recover from an abusive relationship and my thought is just, take your time in doing that, however it is good for you to recover.
in anyway talk to her about your thoughts, its usually best to be open and have a good conversation.
