In moving through my childhood traumas, I've found that I'm left with a deep anger. I am not angry at my abuse nor at my abuser; however, I am angry that even though the abuse is over, I am left with a lifetime of anxiety and fear. I am not seeing a therapist because money is an issue, so I am trying to move through all of this on my own. Is it possible for me to strip my life of this pervading fear and anxiety from childhood traumas? Also, where should I begin to try to do this on my own? I feel angry, sad, and confused :(

The book is easy to read, and she gives many case studies to paint the picture for you, and help you visualize everything. I believe you can find balance! :)
