i am 31 yrs old and have been diagnosed with bipolar borderline ocd and ptsd. I have been battling mental illness since childhood. i was diagnosed with bipolar in aprox. 04. got the other diagnosises in 09 after my second suicide attemt. i have been hospitalized a few times since. looking for new ways to cope till i can get into a area that offers dbt
