Ray of hope

I am a 24 year old gymnastics teacher. I am have been suffering from an eating disorder for almost 10 years now. I was a gymnast my whole life and I adore coaching now but I also know a lot of my eating problems began with the sport that I love so much. So I am taking day by day and hopefully recovery will soon happen for me! Ray
