I am having a tough time accepting the face that my husband of 23 years is divorcing me for someone he met at AA. We were seperated due to his drinking and we were getting along so much better once he finally stopped drinking, hanging at the house, even had personal items here. I asked him to come home after spending time cleaning out my grandmother's house when she passed away in April, and go to counseling with me and work things out. I told him cleaning my grandparents house and losing them both gave me a different perspective on our family and that people have been through worse and we could work things out. He shocked me by saing no, he wants a divorce due to this woman he met weeks ago. We have 3 kids and a 30 year relationship. He was sending us all different signals, cedrtainly not that he wanted to leave. I don't know who he is anymore, he has become selfish and mean and is turning his back on his WHOLE family. His mother, sisters, kids....you name it. Hard to understand.
