I work for Nehanda ltd that is developing a functional ingredient which when eaten helps to reduce acne and spots two weeks after eating. The effects of eating the ingredient where discovered purely by accident when I noticed each time I ate the ingredient, for some unknown reason, spots on my face disappeared two weeks after. I asked other people to eat the ingredient and they too observed a reduction in acne and spots.
I have been working with a couple of universities to develop the ingredient, we are now at a stage where we need to conduct a consumer trial with both female and male volunteers. To help raise funding for the trial, I have set up a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo, check it out at "http://igg.me/p/51379?a=318824". Let me know your thoughts on this project.
