I may be a bit of a paradox. Many think highly of me and have told me so, yet many others dislike me and have said so as well. I can easily bring out the best in people; I can easily bring out the worst in people. One of my bosses gets me, understands my ideas and supports me; one doesn't get me, has a hard time seeing the value in many of my ideas and seems to question me quite a bit. My subordinates who are older than I am tell me I'm the best boss they've ever had; my subordinates who are younger than I am have hard time figuring me out. Liberals say I'm too conservative and Conservatives say I'm too liberal. I am a friend to many; of the many, few are truly my friend.
Oh - one other thing, I've had severe ADD all my life and have coped without medication until recently. The meds help to reduce my ADD symptoms but they don't make life any easier.
