I Unfortnately suffer from Depression and anxiety from severe emotional and physical abuse I survied as a child. I wish I could say I was one of those strong people who didn't let it affect me and it made me stronger.... no it has really messed with me and has caused alot of issues in my life. that is why I am here. I can't afford therapy like i need to but i have found that If I just talk to someone when i have "bad" days. It helps.
