26 years old - grew up in Indiana with smokers in the family. I started in college and have been smoking on and off (more heavily in the past 4 years). I'm planning a wedding to the most perfect man there could be for me and I want to begin my life with him fresh, healthy, and at my best! We live in Colorado now and have the mountains as our playground. I want to feel healthy again when I run, hike, ski, etc. I have asthma and very bad allergies. I've come down with bronchitis and bad pneumonia in the last year. I know quitting will be difficult. We like to go out with friends and many smoke. I tried Chantix a few months ago and I was not good at taking it as I thought that since I don't smoke during the work day, I didn't need to take one then. This go-around, I will stick to the medicine routine and am obviously looking for additional support. I'd love to support others, as well, so get a hold of me if you want to chat or ask me anything!
