I am 34, I have a 14 yr old daughter. I have been battling with body image issues since I was about 8 or 9 ...I don't have any idea why ,I think I saw myself in a picture and said wow i am fat and I wasn't just thought I was. I am a recovering alcoholic(sober 7 years;) ) I suffer from depression also deal with anxiety..I am new to all this and have never reached out for help with my eating disorder. I would say it's anorexia/and ,or binging but I do not throw up I spit most of it out??????It is so embarrassing to even admit it. I have such an obsession with food it;s ridiculous. I just need some support and advice if anyone is out there.
