I grew up in an alcoholic, abusive home. I struggled with binge eating for approxiamtely 13 years, and anorexia for the next three. I've been working on recovering from my eating disorder for a year. My treatment has included therapy, this site, a nutritionist, ACA meetings, EDA meetings, a mentor, and lots of friends. ♥ I am weight-restored and a believer in recovery. Self-improvement is a job that is never done, but if we work at it, things WILL improve. :)
