I am 19 live in Texas I am trying to deal with anxiety, addiction, and a strange fear of sleeping. the sleep is by far the most powerful out of the three its probably the reason behind them. I just have to know it will get better and so do you. No matter what no isnt a option people are here who might not always understand but are trying and want to help you. Only you can help you the tools are all the other stuff
