I live in an apartment in North Carolina with my husband and my dog. I love them very much. I have bipolar disorder and used to be ashamed and not take my meds. I have been to the hospital four times. I have regrets and have lost friends, but my husband really gave me a reason to be more stable. If I was in the hospital he'd visit every day, and now that I haven't been in one for three years, he just makes sure I take my meds and get enough sleep.
Something else I have an issue with is marijuana. I am hopelessly addicted. I can't see myself ever quitting forever.
