Im new to this group so hear we go. 4 years ago i was assulted by a co worker at the job. he caused me to have an internal brain bleed on the back right side of my brain. i went back to work after 4 months, over the past 4 years i have seen 3 dr. to test me for ptsd and they say yes i have it. Well back in May of 2011 the man who assulted me came back to my job and caused me to go into the new love of panic attacks, anxiety, and really showed with the PTSD. i have been in therapy since may and cant shake this loose. my thereapist suggested i find an online group. i have not spoken to any freinds, i stay in the house and am even affraid to go to theraphy. Im affraid to tell my therapist everything, every little thought, have i thought about huting myself?, well who hasnt, but i now that god wont take me to heaven. I have put all this on his plate and am waiting for him to repond
