I am a 35 year old female who has lived with ADHD and until recently knew about the diagnosis. I am relieved about having answers to many questions through the years. I am also sad that this has effected so many years of my life and of my loved ones lives,I will never get those years back. I am excited about getting help to make a change to better the rest of my life. I want to educate myself as much as possible on ADHD and have some type of support system of which there are none in my area. I am thankful for the online sites that allow people to communicate and support each other by understanding and being able to relate to what we are all going through.
