Transferred from CA. to MS. (culture shock). have had to do alot of soul searching the past 5yrs., I've been in an empty marriage for 20yrs. my husband has multiple disorders which I learned about 5yrs. ago, W/alcohol dependency,hes a cross dresser & peeping tom (felony, which I never knew about....go figure... I did my best to be supportive & go to therapy w/him & learn as much as I could about "how to Help/guide", read alot of books & used the internet to guide me on what I was dealing with, learned alot about myself along the way & I finally figured out there is nothing I can do anylonger to be supportive of him as he continued the same pattern of behavior/cycles & that it IS he who has to help himself yet he refuses to do so, I feel uplifted talking here (like alot of you out there)& taking steps to help myself to stay strong & find my way to a happier lifestyle as I'd rather be healthy alone then sick emotionally w/anyone. Joined 10/2009
