@makeeachdaycount There are kinda for stiffness and types of things like nerves also, If u go to a healthfoods store they sometimes have the books also that help!

@makeeachdaycount I dont know where you live but there are many books out there for herbs I am personally very highly in recomending them I had a gallstone and instead of surgery I was healed thru herbs. If u know what exactly kind fo pain he is in maybe i can sugest something.
