Its nice to be able to have people to share with
I was just diagnosed with PCOS. Its hard since ive been going to my GYN asking questions for two years about why I am not getting a period. They kept telling me I am fine. I finally went to a fertility specialist since I am now trying to have children. That day he told me I had all the signs and couldnt understand why they were having trouble diagnosing and treating me. I am just in the begining of my journey and its nice to have a community who can give me advice along the way.
Y suggestionsHello ladies I have had pcos for about 6 years I'm 24 now I was diagnosed officially in my junior yr of high school.I have always known something wasn't normal with me and I accepted this but now I'm at the age id love to have a child I'm starting to feel I won't have kids or even one child of my own.its just depressingto me because I don't see any change since I've been diagnoised those years ago.I don't know what to do anymore and I'm driving myself insane how to get through this naturally, what should I be asking my obgyn cause I'm ready any help or advice is grearly appericiated
I would ask your doctor about the different medications available. Have you tried and meds for fertility. I'm currently using metformin for my pcos. My doctor is suggesting clomid after I have surgery next month. I have heard a lot of good things about clomid. I would just talk to your doctor there are alot of options out there. Good luck and keep us posted ;-)
Bella4: I have never tried any fertility meds I didn't really know my options being younger but now I will talk to my obgyn about this thanks bella4 I'll keep u updated.
