I am sure like myself you have all been bombarded with the message to SHOP this holiday and Season and to BUY,BUY, BUY!!!!!! Don't get me wrong, I love to go shopping and buy just as much as the next girl-or guy, but regardless of the holiday you are celebrating, I think this time of year should be about gratefulness. Every evening, my husband will ask, "tell me one good thing about today?" Somedays I am like, "I survived to live another day." I am not the most optimistic person and I am married to Pollyanna, but he makes a great point, we have a great life, I am blessed, I have my ups and downs and by the end of the day I am exhausted, but all in all, things are really good. I am trying to look for the good and not lapse into dwelling on the bad. Learning to be thankful is a process and I am definately still learning it, but as oppossed to the alternative, I am grateful for the path I am on.
Wishing everyone a great path today!
