I ate a cup of bran cereal, a banana, two cups of special k, and three cupcakes and it is only 1 o'clock!!! I dont know what to do!!! HELP ME!!! I want to die!!!

My dear it's ok it happens. From the foods that you listed i see gluten everywhere. I found gluten to be sort of a trigger. Do you think you would eat a lot when the food contain gluten? Gluten is in wheat, bran, barley and rye.
