weight loss

i am 21 and have had problems with my weight my whole life. i am the only big one in my family. its not fair. even tho i have an eating disorder (ednos) i still need to lose weight. i really want and need to be thin. i think if i were to lose alot of weight that it wold help with alot of my problems. i have tried many things to take off the weight. i was bringing alot of it off then i was put into a hospital for eating disorders and started gaining again. since then my metabolism has been messed up and i have not been succeeding at loseing any more weight. every day is a struggle for me because i dont want to look like this. i can no longer look into mirrors or know the size of my clothing. it has such an impact on my life down to the second.

Hello Sara.

believe me when I say I know what you going through ,but there is one thing I have learn and that is that in all this you have to accept you for you ,but have the desire to want to lose the weight ,not because of what other may say or think of you ,but because you want to healthy ...nothing more ,I know it difficult when you look around and you family ,you aunts cousins all look good and you don't ,but I say keep your head up high ,look at yourself accept yourself ,but work out eat right and things will fall into place ,and if you still not losing any weight then go and have a talk with your dr and together with him/her find the solution to the problem.
I'm still on my journey and I have hated what I look like and I have been fight an inwards battle that I realized I was not going to win until I work with what I had instead of against it ,I have learn to accept myself ,and in doing so have started to love myself and in loving myself I'm busy helping myself to heal body mind and spirit
So good luck and remember you can do this ...just keep on believing in yourself.
