ANGER MANAGEMENT

Hello Everyone,
Im been trying to fight this never ending battle with my anger. I thought i had it under control but have been lying to myself for quite some time now, about six years. It first started with fights with people I had altercations with. Until this day if someone were to push my buttons its like My rage takes over and I go crazy. I get angry at little things, such as getting lost when trying to go some where or simply mad because the street light turned red. I never wanted or needed to get help until as of this month. This month i could of lost my arm that put through this guys window. I am scared for life and am lucky to have my arm working. It was all because he opened his door and hit my girlsfriends car door then made a smart ass comment. But what did it for me was about 2 weeks ago with something that happened that i had did for the second time which resulted in me losing the love of my life. My girlfriend broke up with me and had enough of my attitude and anger which i hadnt shown her until the last year of our realationship. When we fight my anger takes over and it gives me this not caring attitude to as of where i dont care losing her. After the first time she forgave me but this time she hadnt. I do question on why she is not by myside well I get this problem fix. I been doing counseling a couple times now and felt like i needed 24hr access to answers as well. So please comment this log and give me some useful advice.
