90 Days Clean From Pills

I have made it to my 90 days of sobriety. It feels so good to have come this far. I know that I still have to be aware of my addiction. I have set a lot of goals this year and have followed through will all of them. Since I quit pills, I have been working out six days a week and have lost 17 pounds. Today is the first day of me quitting smoking-PRAISE GOD! I have been so blessed and feel like a brand new person.

Hi acheli, It is great to hear from you and that you are doing well. Congratulations on 90 days and losing 17 pounds! Way to go! Good for you on deciding to quit smoking. I wish you great success in doing so. So are you quitting smoking cold turkey? Remember to keep taking it one day at a time. Keep checking in and letting us know how you are doing.

Congratulations Acheli That is so great you made it to 90 days. And nice job on losing 17lbs.We get so blind sided by addiction that we forget that life is enjoyable without using.I am very early in my recovery but each day gets better.I hope I could get to 90 days but I have to get through today.Again congrats and keep up the good work. Thanks
