Hi I think i got OCD

Hi ive been getting mild OCD for a while but had it under control. It was mainly checking doors flushing toilet again and again, Flicking light switches etc. But recently i have been having something go on in my head were i have to keep all my thoughts and memorys in order. Its very hard to explain in words but i think of somethingthen have to remember something linked to that thing and keep it all in my head. I have periods were this goes on in my mind for weeks. But at moment im having my longest period so far. I feel like its never gonna go as my mind keeps thinking of things and having to make them fit in my mind in logical way. This then escalates into something which is obviously impossible to remember everything as time goes on. Im so scared and not able to talk to anyway about this as it just seems like im going crazy. I also havent heard of anyone else having this problem. Im sure once its obsesive it must be form of ocd as i have had that in past. If anyway can relate or had something simular please let me. Thanks for listening.
