Split Life

I am married to a recovering alcoholic and somedays are hard. He is in the phase I call born again. Because he was an addit and has been sober for 4 yrs. I feel if I have a sip of wine he looks down at me. I dont drink around him, and I drink once every three or four months. I brush my teeth when I come home and even shower. Out of respect for him. Yet he still makes coments and I feel like I live with a father. I dont have to drink and it's not a big factor in my life, but If I want to have a glass of wine with a friend, I shouldnt have to feel as if I broke curfew. Any ideas.

Could be he is concerned because of what his experience with alcohol was. I finally came to understand that though I can't drink doesn't mean others can't. My husband can drink and be ok with it but not me. Could be that he hasn't come to understand this yet.
